When buying a new Marrick Home, our Design Coordinator makes sure you are 100% involved in the process.

In just one visit you have the ability to personally design your new home. You will custom select items including brick, stone, siding, shingles and shutters; carpet, hardwood and tile flooring; fixtures; cabinets and lighting.

Following your design meeting, a “Start Package” containing your custom selections will be distributed to our dedicated craftsmen to begin construction on your home.

The Result: Your DREAM HOME! From the siding to the cabinets, right down to every last detail! Your new Marrick Home will keep you and your family happy for years!
